Sports Massage & Injury Physiotherapy Middlesbrough

I’m a grassroots football referee and been having issues with my Achilles been tight, painful and unable to stretch it off. I had a session with Kate and she found the problem very quickly. I followed the exercises and advice given. Today I had my second session, I could really feel a massive difference of how much better they were. I’m back in a few weeks time, for another session and to assess and I’ve still been able to referee during the process and would highly recommend.

I’ve nothing but the highest praise for this small team, (Danny, Jonny, Jess and Kate) and so pleased I found them after having a less than satisfactory experience elsewhere. No one can cure my recurring back problems, but Jonny (and Danny) certainly make it easier to live with and manage. A combination of deep tissue massage and acupuncture has helped me to walk upright again. Thank you

I was reluctant to go to physio but really glad that I did as I felt so much better for it. I had a rotator cuff problem and spent an enjoyable hour with Danny explaining how it worked and the remedy for it! So after been given various stretching exercises and a vigorous shoulder massage I do feel a damn sight better. Many Thanks for the Professionalism and expertise.
