I've been twice for different issues at different times - once for neck pain and most recently for knee pain. I've had the most contact with Jess on reception and with Jonny for my physio. Jess is super lovely, really friendly and approachable, and Jonny is knowledgeable and explains everything in detail. It's really easy to book an appointment, and to cancel if needed. I have exercises to do ongoing to strengthen my knee, but I wouldn't hesitate coming back if needed.

Had my first appointment with Danny tonight and came away absolutely over the moon. He explained everything fully (and generally good crack and a lovely man as well) and the massage/cracking has made me feel a million dollars. Looking forward to seeing the improvement in my back/pelvis/neck on my next appointment in 4 weeks after incorporating all of the stretches/exercises. Thanks Danny - totally recommend this place!

I attended physiotherapy DOC. Following a car crash injury. The staff from the receptionist to the physios, are amazing. Made the whole process extremely easy and I can't thank them enough. Everything was explained to me about my injury the process if healing. I felt very comfortable, and at ease while having the physio sessions. Would definitely recommend to any one who is in the need for physiotherapy. You won't be disappointed.

I would like start with from the moment I walked in reception how lovely and friendly Jessica the receptionist was. Made me feel very welcomed and had a nice chat with her. Good first impression. Jonny came through and introduced himself and took me to the treatment room where he asked questions about my shoulder pain and talked me through what could be the cause of the pain etc. He then proceeded to do the treatment to which he found maybe the cause of my pain and explained what it was and how he's going to treat it. After treatment was finished he took me back to reception where I booked another treatment which I've just had today. I've got to say even after the first visit I could tell a massive difference and my pain has totally eased. Got to say Jonny was also very friendly and extremely good at what he does. I would 100% recommend The Physiotherapy DOC and wouldn't hesitate to go back. Thank you so much

After an issue with my neck, I was referred to physio. I looked at local practices and found the Physiotherapy Doc close by.I cannot express in words how grateful I was that they fit me in for an appointment that same day.I wasn’t expecting a miracle, because I know that these things can take time. However, after a consultation and some initial remedial work, I walked out of the building feeling fantastic in comparison to how I went in!I’m still having treatment and following the steps and exercises provided and I can honestly say I don’t think I’ve felt this mobile for a long time!The staff are extremely professional and the treatment and advice has worked for me. The equipment is always clean and there’s always a happy face when I arrive.

Had very prompt response to my initial email resulting in first consultation being the following day. Had 2 further appointments which resulted in a marked improvement in my condition. Following the first and second appointment I was was sent a series of exercises which were very clear and easy to follow. Had been in an accident and had problems with my shoulder, neck and back and went for physio. The staff were very friendly and made me feel relaxed. After assessing my injury’s I had 8 weeks off physio and now on the road to a full recovery I can’t thank them enough. I’m a grassroots football referee and been having issues with my Achilles been tight, painful and unable to stretch it off. I had a session with Kate and she found the problem very quickly. I followed the exercises and advice given. Today I had my second session, I could really feel a massive difference of how much better they were. I’m back in a few weeks time, for another session and to assess and I’ve still been able to referee during the process and would highly recommend.

I was reluctant to go to physio but really glad that I did as I felt so much better for it. I had a rotator cuff problem and spent an enjoyable hour with Danny explaining how it worked and the remedy for it! So after been given various stretching exercises and a vigorous shoulder massage I do feel a damn sight better. Many Thanks for the Professionalism and expertise.

I fully recomend Jonny, He's your man. I had frequent lower back pain for a few years. Hot sharp pain comes and goes. Also sometimes like cramp in my neck and shoulder. I booked 4 sessions with Jonny and he sorted it all out with deep tissue massage and accupuncture. Pain has not been back at all for about 2 month's now. They're a friendly and skilled team.

Can thoroughly recommend Danny. I’d suffered with lower back pain for a good few years and was reluctant to pay to get it seen to but I’m glad I did and wish I had done sooner.Danny was awesome, super knowledgeable and explained everything to me. He did a full assessment and then suggested what he thought was causing the issue and gave me specific exercises tailored to me to help resolve it. After a few sessions of massage and working on the exercises my back was in a much better place.Again can’t recommend Danny enough, top guy and really knows his stuff!

I would highly recommend this place! I seen alot of physios over a 2 year period! With very little progress for my low back issue , I tried everything, chiropractors, every exercise under the sun every stretch , as a very active person this was very much getting to me and stopping me doing the things I loved , I booked an appointment with Danny and wasn't expecting anything different than the other 8 physios I've seen as I started losing hope at this point as everything I did didn't help, I also had scans on my back and they all come back fine but the pain persisted , Danny was different to most physios due to his experience he has gathered over multiple sports he has worked in and I noticed that straight away and found what was my main issue straight away , and give me a exercise programme to follow at the level I needed to do , and progressed it as time went on! And got better as time went on , I feel he is best around and anyone thinking of going if your in pain or wanting to just look after your body don't hesitate , also whole team is great the receptionist is spot on and the new physio he has employed is also spot on ! Thanks alot

I couldn’t walk when I visited Danny, I had pulled every muscle from my lower back all down my right leg, trying to pull a 1 tonne trailer on gravel (I know stupid). Danny got me walking with a stick after the first session. And by the third session and working with a PT I was on the mend. I’ve been working on renovating a house in France for 4 months but when I return to Teesside in December I will be booking in with Danny for a “service” and workout. Martin

When I first went to see Danny 6-8 weeks ago I literally was struggling to walk due to a sporting injury causing severe back spasms plus pains down my left leg. I was immediately in less pain after the first physio session and after 3-4 weeks I was back playing light sport. I am now back playing racketball, golf and running. Danny is a total genius. He explains what he is doing, why, and provides a tailored exercise routine that you can do at home between sessions. You MUST do these exercises if you want to recover quicker. The guy is a genius. Thanks Danny I really appreciate what you have done for me and for all the support.

I've visited many different physios and osteopaths over the years as I have a history of back issues spanning nearly 30yrs.Today is the very 1st time someone has diagnosed the root cause of my issues as a dodgy shoulder!Danny is an amazing physio, explains everything properly, you can have a good laugh with him but he is the consumate professional!Highly recommended.
